Mole is one of the most traditional sauces in Mexico. Rich and delicate at the same time. Ideal over chicken, enchiladas or tamales. Made with a long list of ingredients including different types of chillis, chocolate, nuts and spices.

PREPARATION AND USAGE: Mainly served over chicken, turkey, tamales or enchiladas. Its flavour is quite unique, delicate and strong at the same time. Our Mole is a paste and needs to be diluted with chicken or vegetable stock.

INGREDIENTS: Soya oil, Sugar, Cookies, Sesame seeds, Mulato Pepper, Ancho Pepper, Pasilla Peppers, Cocoa liquor, Nuts, Pumping seeds, Salt, Mora Peppers and Spices.

PACKAGE TYPE: Glass jar and metal lid.
RECYCLING INFORMATION: Glass, metal lid and label widely recycled.
STORAGE INFORMATION: Refrigerate in covered glass or plastic container after opening. Once opened keep in the fridge and use within 5 days.
