A smoky, tangy paste made with chipotle chillies and tomato. Chipotle chillies give this paste heat and a smoky flavour: it’s a store cupboard staple.

Serving Suggestion

Stir into soups, stews and sauces to add instant depth (start with 1 tsp); mix with oil and garlic to make a marinade for meat, fish or vegetables like corn on the cob; mix with mayonnaise, ketchup or fresh salsa to add some extra zing to your sauces.
