Mole poblano is the best known of all mole varieties and has been ranked as number one of 'typical' Mexican dishes. It has also been called the 'national dish' of Mexico. The state of Puebla is identified with mole poblano. This has been described as an ancient dish.

Mole poblano contains many different ingredients, including chile, nuts and chocolate.

PREPARATION AND USAGE: You can use it on Enmoladas, tacos, chicken mole, also you can use it on Enchiladas.

INGREDIENTS: Ancho chile 12%, Guajillo chile 14%, Pasilla chile 14%, Chocolate 11%, Onions 8%, garlic 3%, Tomato 28%, nuts 5%, raisins 5%, salt and herbs.
